Tea is always a good idea.

There is nothing wrong with taking a step back from whatever it is that you are doing, and just have a nice cup of tea. The world can wait.

That was my mindset a few years ago, when I began to block off an hour or two every weekend to sit down, and have a nice cup of tea with a novel on my lap. Training myself to not think of work, life, conflicts, my "to-do" lists, did wonders for my mental health. I never knew that sipping on tea over small little sandwiches was the best remedy for me. It gave me the opportunity to push pause, slow down, and reclaim my peace of mind.
